Muriersilk AI Sales Concierge, Client Delivery, Production: designed and deployed a customer-facing commerce assistant with dense and BM25/FTS retrieval, reciprocal-rank fusion, taxonomy filters, live Medusa hydration, durable conversation state, bounded model/tool authority, human takeover, runtime telemetry, and release gates. Commercial truth remains in Medusa and PostgreSQL rather than model output.
OptiTalent, Independent Project: multi-tenant recruitment product for evidence-first search using a tenant-scoped Qdrant retrieval projection, lexical and dense recall, candidate-level reciprocal-rank fusion, ColBERT reranking, candidate review, and recruiter-controlled shortlist decisions.
DocTruth Legal Search, Independent Project, Pre-launch: Java backend and gateway with Java-side Vespa logic for evidence-first legal search. Vespa is the only retrieval engine in this product.
Tender Luban, Client Delivery: tender requirement review, company qualification and evidence sufficiency checks, human review, and commercial bid document assembly.

Operations Lead, Digital Transformation · China-listed construction group · 2017–2024

Completed a one-year transition from paper workflows to an OA and ERP stack across four operating subsidiaries. Project gross margin increased from approximately 18-20% to 25-30%.
Owned workflow redesign, executive alignment, finance-first rollout, vendor selection, embedded adoption, and change management.
Led tender pursuits alongside operations. I clarified requirements with customers and external partners, shaped the bid approach, coordinated engineering contributions to technical responses, and ran qualification evidence and review gates through submission.
That work in construction procurement and cross-functional bid delivery now informs Tender Luban's evidence-first tender review and capability matching.

Cloudflare vinext #2902, merged: made the Next.js parity contract for data-returning Server Actions explicit with unit and end-to-end regression coverage, preserving pending form edits when an action returns data without revalidation or a visible RSC tree commit.
Cloudflare vinext #1144, merged: designed and implemented the native App Router route-type generation subsystem across the route graph, CLI, Vite development lifecycle, concurrency-safe regeneration, and Next.js-compatible type output.
Cloudflare vinext #646, merged: implemented cacheForRequest() with request-scoped factory caching and concurrent-safe async reuse.
